1. Path – meandering, curved, straight, switch-backs. wavy….

2. Thickness – thick, thin, micro, wide, medium, super fine

3. Evenness – transitions thick to thin, straight to curved, solid to fuzzy…
4. Continuity – continuous and unbroken, dashed, dotted, broken, segmented…

5. Sharpness of the edge – razor sharp, fuzzy, soft, indistinct, hard…

6. Contour of the edge – rounded, flat, fades…

7.  Consistency – consider each aspect separately are they consistent, inconsistent, or consistently inconsistent

8.  Length – long, short, medium in relation to the space, page, other lines

9.  Direction – straight, horizontal, diagonal, vertical, circular…
